What make you different from rest of mankind?
Every one is different. Just we don’t know what difference from others, I follow my true heart and sincere mind. I know who I am. It makes me different.

I love my life when I found out the meaning of my life.

No one is perfect, no ideal person in the world, When I see the wrinkle in a old lady’s face, it really touched me. When I saw there was sweat on a banana seller’s forehead. It touched me. When I saw a old woman who carry the vegetables on the top of her head in the morning market that she need to hard works to earn a little money for whole family. I was thinking these are all of the live. we used to be negative that kind of their live. I don’t know what life should be. I think that only face myself honest then I will love my life, myself and people.

I think rest of the mankind can answer this question better. Only they can say how they find me different as I think. my desirous coincide with lot of person I know..Still there are few things that I haven’t so for found exist in others
I don’t believe in luck…

I am 100% positive always..
The worst part is I always think I am right which sometimes lands me in trouble. Yes I am too sentimental.. There r lot of other things but space is not enough…

When I had a first rendezvous with death. I was just 14 then. I realized the value of life. It comes only once. I really fall in love with it..

To be honest not met yet. I have heard about lot of them in history but I have a problem- I don’t believe in unseen…

INTRODUCTION

Ebullient Altruists Oracle is a galaxy of some enthusiastic young people, clustered together to work for a selfless cause. The prime concern of these zealous EAOn’s is to build up a bridge and vanish the distances between the sufferers and the saviors.
The Oracle focuses on the miseries of such underprivileged and downtrodden people of our society who belong to the God forsaken far flung areas and always suffer the depravity of tender care and concern. EAO pledges to hold their hand towards light and bring them out from the darkness of neglect. The mental and physical agonies of these people are in no ways hidden from us. Well, their mental worries can only be cured when they are physically hale and hearty but the scarcity of proper medication adds to their sufferings and they look for a savior who can help them out. This savior is no one else but the doctor. Now the real voyage of pain begins and to make this journey bearable and easier is the first and foremost concern of EAO. Now let’s see how EAO works to achieve its goal:

· The patients and the attendants don’t have to take hectic visits to the city frequently.
· They don’t need to stand in the queues outside the clinics of the doctors for hours.
· They don’t need to wait hours in the hospital waiting rooms for their number to be called.

EAO lessens this burden to just a phone call. The patients merely have to make a call from the nearest EAO authorized PCO to the EAO call center and then the rest of the job will be done. Thus, EAO takes up the responsibility of tackling a troublesome situation in a relatively easy manner.
Moreover, EAO aims to serve as a refuge for those helpless people who are made to stand in long tiresome queues from dusk to dawn just to seek some information about a trivial matter. In order to accomplish this challenging task, EAO will approach ministers and higher officials for their cooperation to reserve certain appointments only for the clients referred by EAO. The rapport between the higher officials and the common masses will be built irrespective of their geographical placement. However, the mode of fixing appointments will be somewhat same as that of confirming consultations of patients with doctors.
EAO is well versed with the fact that time is the most precious commodity for a human being and especially the students. EAO promises to help these students by providing and collecting various competitive exam forms, in order to save them from the toil of standing in tiresome queues for long hours.
Another feature of EAO is the free counseling whereby patients can directly consult the doctors on telephone and discuss their health problems.

WHY PUBLIC AWARENESS?
In order to fulfill the aforesaid aims and objectives EAO will take its first step towards the awareness of general public. As EAO’s prime concern is to minimize the sufferings of the common people, so to make people well-versed with the delegation of EAO becomes mandatory but to win the confidence of people, three traits must be adopted: positive approach, polite behavior and patient temperament. In modern age, people are so much engrossed in their worldly affairs that they cannot realize to believe that there can be someone who can help without any personal material gains. This is the fundamental fact that needs to be made clarified to people. This clarification would include:
· That EAO is not a business organization.
· That EAO is not even an oracle of social workers.
· But EAO is an organization that intends to utilize its knowledge and capabilities for a noble cause and thus benefit the society.

Moreover, before adopting any method to disperse public awareness, its pertinent to mention here that the general masses need to be made cognizant about their certain fundamental rights i.e. the right of expression of their needs and necessities, the right to have their demands fulfilled by the concerned authorities, the right to get the redressal of their grievances and in simple terms the right to be “heard”. In order to achieve this end, a workshop will be conducted where the legal wing of EAO will disseminate information about the rights.
EAO is fully apprised of the fact that the means of awareness it intends to take should be economical and intelligible to the masses. For the execution of the Pilot plan, EAO cannot afford to spend lavishly on the effective means of public awareness such as electronic and print media; the most effective, efficient and productive means to spread awareness widely. Such methods can be adapted later to make the Master plan a success but besides print and electronic media there is no shortfall of the ways EAO can be made public. Let’s discuss some of the practical and economical ways of public awareness:

1. Seminars In Various Institutions:
Conducting seminars in institutions like schools, colleges, social welfare centres and other such places can help us to instill the knowledge of EAO in the minds of educated and literate class. By doing so the voice of EAO will reach to those ears who can disperse this knowledge in their homes and who surely will discuss it with their acquaintances. Thus EAO will spread like wild fire. But for attaining the bountiful results, the people involved in the awareness campaign have to be masterly equipped. Moreover, these crusaders who work for this campaigning program have to do everything through a proper channel. First of all, the consent of the authorities who run these institutions must be sought with satisfying motivation. As long the authorities are not convinced, such seminars can never be conducted at all. Once the consent is sought, the program will begin. To make this awareness program a success, EAO needs to be laced with the following:
· A banner displaying the title and motto of EAO.
· A microphone that can be hired on the particular day of the seminar.

Rest of the requirements such as chairs, tables etc will be provided by the institution.
As EAO is going to start the awareness program from district Kupwara, a description of some of the prominent institutions where the seminars can be conducted is listed below:
a) Govt. degree college Kupwara: This being the only college in the district is the institution where students hail from the country side surrounding the Kupwara town. This institution will stand as a land mark as far as public awareness program is concerned.
b) Social Welfare Centres: There are many social welfare centres where the girls who cannot afford to study in schools because of the poverty and conservative attitude of the parents, are taught to be self reliant by teaching various skills like cutting, tailoring and knitting etc. Such centres will be visited and seminars will be conducted in the most intelligible and effective way. Some prominent Social Welfare Centres have been identified for this purpose e.g. Social Welfare Centre Luderwan, Social Welfare Centre Trehgam and Social Welfare Centre Lolab. Besides, there is one Social Welfare Centre in every constituency of Kupwara which can also be included in the target group.
c) Adult Education Centres: These centers are meant to teach illiterate and poor adults, who are made to learn to be self reliant. These people can also be made aware about the features of EAO by organizing seminars in these institutions.

Besides seminars can be conducted in various schools, both private and government. The mode and method of the seminars need to meet the understanding and comprehensibility of the general public.

2. Mouth To Mouth Reference:

It’s said ‘words can perform wonders’. No expression is as convincing and long lasting as words. Soft and simple words can rejuvenate life in an inanimate being. In our day to day life, we come through so many faces and utter thousands of words in a moment. Such words convey varied feelings and their effect also varies. Words make us cry, words make us laugh, words make us believe and disbelieve at the same time. Now it would be non- sensible to underestimate the power of words.

Hence, mouth to mouth reference is such a means of public awareness that is dispersed through our spoken words. EAO can be discussed with ones acquaintances where one can talk about its aims and objectives, its future plans and its modus-operandi. The different view points thus obtained cannot only make EAO publicly alive but can also be healthy source of its growth and development. Apart from being an effective means of public awareness, mouth to mouth reference costs nothing but the dedication and devotion on the part of not only the members of public awareness group but every EAO’n as well as every individual who loves EAO and aspires for its development. The focus should be to make people “fall in love with the concept of EAO”.

3. Banners, Posters and Pamphlets:

Publicity through banners, posters and pamphlets has been one of the conventional methods of public awareness. EAO too will adopt such means to achieve the ends. Some big fabric banners are needed, some of which can be displayed on different prominent spots of the valley and some can be carried by the public awareness group to seminars and all such occasions where EAO meetings will be organized.

Similarly some attractive posters will be published and distributed among the general public on spots like colleges, schools, hospitals and other such institutions. These posters can also be pasted on the prominent public places like bus stands, public parks, markets etc.
A pamphlet can also be published that will highlight the concept, introduction, aims and objectives of EAO in the simplest manner. This one copy of the pamphlet can be xeroxed in as many copies as needed. The distribution of pamphlets would be done during or after each seminar held in different institutions. The pamphlets will be distributed among:
· Students
· Employees
· House owners
· Shop keepers etc.
It is suggested that the pamphlets and posters shall be published not only in English language but also in Urdu, so that every individual can comprehend and understand EAO easily. In villages, it is seen that most of the population can read and write Urdu better than English. The Urdu pamphlets shall be designed especially for such class.

4. Door To Door Approach:

This can be the most widespread approach to public awareness. But since it is not humanly possible to visit each and every house of Kupwara district thus a selection of homes living in the following conditions shall be made:
· Where the residents are financially insecure.
· Where any member of the family has severe health problems.
· Where the people don’t have any immediate medical facility.
· Where the people are suffering because of the neglect and carelessness of higher officials and ministers.
· Where the inaccessibility of various competitive examination forms is marring the academic career of the youngsters.
EAO accepts the challenge to enlighten and upgrade such sect of the society which is dragged in the darkness of ignorance and ignorance is not always bliss. EAO is an organization to help the sick, the downtrodden, and the ignored. Door to door approach can prove as the most effective method as far as public awareness is concerned.
In addition to these economical ways of public awareness that are to be employed for the implementation of the Pilot Plan, EAO will not escape from adopting the richer and more effective means to spread awareness in the public especially for the execution of the Master Plan ….the dream of EAO.

5. Print and Electronic Media:

It comprises of the following:
a) Newspapers: In order to convey EAO’s message to the literate class of the society, advertisements in the leading local dailies both English and Urdu can be one of the best means. This will ensure a positive feedback from the masses and thus can prove a stepping stone towards success.
b) Television: It is a very productive source of advertisement and awareness. Creative ads and announcements on television can really help in making EAO public.
c) Radio: It is such an electronic device that is found almost in every house, and the radio listeners are more in number than the viewers of television. So, advertisement through radio is one of the most widespread ways of public awareness.
d) Internet: Modern age is undoubtedly the age of technology and internet has shrunk this world into a global village. Awareness through internet can win EAO the international acclaim and applause. Moreover, EAO websites can be a great source of knowledge for net savvy’s.
e) SMS: Nowadays, SMS is one of the most widely used means of communication and the use of mobile phones is increasing day by day. SMS designed by EAO can be sent worldwide and gradually the name of EAO will become familiar to people.
The above stated discourse of public awareness can hopefully be a torch bearer towards the success of EAO that no doubt rests on the awareness of the people for whom it works.

AFTER WORD

To dream of a utopia in this melancholic state Kashmir is really an ordeal to overcome. There is no need to mention that EAO is a utopia, it’s unquestionably a dream of better tomorrow but to accomplish this project, the most desired elements are; a sincere heart, a focused mind and a dedicated soul. EAO is an odyssey of enormous odds but to achieve a major target such minor hurdles can never be an obstacle. EAO has got the potential to immortalize every EAOean who devotedly works for it. EAO provides a vast platform for all such individuals who want to serve the society for a noble and selfless cause and thus live till eternity. Till now, a number of organizations have emerged and have been working for the society quite positively. There are organizations working for orphans, widows, and the down trodden but no organization in Kashmir can claim of working for facilitating the patients by fixing consultations with the eminent doctors just by a phone call. Moreover, EAO is the first organization of its kind that understands the afflictions of a common man who undergoes lots of hardships in order to seek an appointment with any high official or minister who can provide some solution to his problems. Students who are the most sensitive sect as far as their career related problems are concerned, are treated equally with tender care and concern.
To transform this dream of EAO into an ultimate reality of the world, let’s join hands to move forward and reach the new vistas of glory and touch the horizons of success.
